Coins Mint Proof Sets

On one side it has the liberty statue and on the other it has the eagle
It’s approximately 1.5 inches in diameter and it comes in a black box

Also I know it was made or designed by Frank Gasparro because it says so on the coin
On the statue of liberty side it says "1776-1996" "Life Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness"
On the eagle side it says "American Revolution Bicentennial" We The People"

I have a 22k gold-proof Samoan 100 tala coin. It was made in 1978 to commemorate the 50 year anniversary of the first transpacific airplane crossing. It is in its original packaging with commemorative postage stamps included. It is about 2.5 inchs in diameter.

Can anybody tell me a resonable range of value for this coin?

Its the one issued under Fathers of Baseball with certificate of authenticity. It give the diameter and says content is nickel silver but does not indicate the silver content amount.
The coin does not state 1 oz of silver on it. I did follow the link to the ebay listed coin which is the same coin but how they know that it is almost all silver I think is a guess. The coin has information on its holder and it only says nickel silver.

The Kennedy 50 cent piece has a bright, shiny dot in the matte finish area of the neck on the profile side, pretty much in the dead center. I would say its 1-2 millimeters in diameter. I compared it to other proof sets and they do not have the spot.
