I was wondering if someone could tell me if this is worth anything. It was purchased in 1986 from the National Historic Mint. It is listed as a first edition commemorative collection.honoring the American Flag, American Eagle, United States Constitution, Statue of Liberty and the Liberty Bell. It states .999 which is the outer part and 24 kt. gold as the inlay .has COA

I can not find what you are describing, but I did find 34 items on eBay from the National Historic Mint every one of them at very low prices. I also found a question about halfway down the page at the second link which may interest you. My guess is you have a gold plated token or medal, and the gold plating would not add much value to it. I hope that helps.
